THe O'Hare Party Bus

St. Patrick's Day for the O'Hare Irish Dancers is like Christmas to Santa Clause. So, as you can imagine, they were a busy bunch yesterday. To increase the fun factor, the group rented a party bus to take them to each of their dancing venues. Here are the highlights from their long and busy day (featuring, of course, Abby and her friends), which included stops at Sully's Pub, The Barley House in Cleveland, the Cleveland St. Patrick's Day Parade, Dan's Dogs, Sully's Pub again, and then a dance-out at Fox Meadows Country Club.

Rhythm of Ireland in 5 minutes

Here is a 5 minute highlight reel of the Rhythm of Ireland performance from last night. Nice job Abby and the O'Hare Irish Dancers! (and to Mom for volunteering with the raffle and video taping). After the show, Abby had two friends spend the night and then they danced-out again today for more "old folks." With St. Patrick's Day coming up next weekend, I am sure they will be dancing some more over the coming week.

Rhythm of Ireland Dress Rehearsal

The Rhythm of Ireland performance is tonight. Last night Abby and the O'Hare Irish Dancers had a dress rehearsal to prepare for the show. Mom took a few video clips, including their new dance for this year.

Dance Out Season

With St. Patrick's Day just a week away, Abby and the O'Hare Irish Dancers have started their seasonal routine of various "dance-out" shows and performances. Often times, these include a trip to the "old folks home" to performance as highlighted here.

CAMEX - Campus Market Expo 2012

This weekend Hollywood (the marketing professional) flew out to Salt Lake City, UT to attend the CAMEX 2012 trade show. This is a pretty big deal for PartnerShip, but an even bigger deal for our parent organization, the National Association of College Stores (NACS). It was pretty much like going to a giant, college campus store (made me wish I was back in college again), and there was definitely some cool products on display. It was also a good opportunity for PartnerShip to create new business relationships and reinforce many old ones. From a marketing standpoint, I think we had a pretty good presence on display. Being this was my first CAMEX show, I am sure I will have some other ideas for future shows (CAMEX is in Kansas City next year). On more of a personal level, I really enjoyed bonding with my fellow colleagues over the couple days. Here are a few random photographs and video clips I took on my iPhone.

Last Day of Skiing?

Yesterday Karen took Andrew and two of his buddies from Ski Club skiing at Boston Mills in what may have been the last day for skiing. Here are a few short video clips she took before our video camera battery died. I guess they messed around on the bunny hill for awhile first before hitting the larger slopes because the snow really wasn't that good (too wet).
