Now that the Strongsville Mustangs 2011-12 Season is officially over, this Hollywood Dad can retire his iPad app as the team's official stat-keeper. Although it was mentally challenging at times, it was actually kind of fun keeping stats - being the geek that I am. Any ways, here are the final team statistics for all 42 games we played this year (14 regular season; 15 tournament; 8 preseason and 5 scrimmages). Our final team record was 18-20-4. Most importantly, the kids had fun and they all improved their skills as the year went on. Andrew finished with 4 goals, 18 assists, a positive plus/minus rating and 2 penalty minutes. Next year we will expect more goals ... and more penalty minutes! :)
